Full Proof starts with the boring details because those are what make the visible details repeatable. Standard service carries fresh citrus, handcrafted syrups, premium Tossware, Angostura and orange bitters, shopping guidance, menu support, and a clean station plan.
Through July 31, 2026, eligible bookings also include Total Wine concierge, ice concierge, and standard 2" clear cubes. Cocktail theater can be quoted later when the event fits: heat, color change, foam, clarified batches, custom ice by the piece, a short Ori press moment, smoke, or espresso-style martinis.
The booking principle is simple: send the date first. The menu can follow once the room, guest count, timeline, and service rhythm are real.
