Do you provide the alcohol?
Full Proof operates as a dry-hire service, meaning the host provides and purchases the alcohol. This avoids retail markups and gives you full control over the selection. If you want a hands-off experience, liquor and ice concierge service is available: Full Proof can guide a Total Wine order, map quantities to the menu, coordinate clear ice and standard ice needs, and keep the process simple so you can be as involved as you want to be.
Do you check IDs and refuse service when needed?
Yes. Full Proof is built for responsible adult events. Guests who appear under 21 should have valid ID, and service may be refused or paused for underage guests, visibly intoxicated guests, unsafe setups, or situations that put guests or the bar at risk. The host remains responsible for purchasing alcohol legally and keeping the event environment safe.
What do you need from the venue?
A clean place to load in and enough space for the bar footprint. Full Proof brings the professional mobile bar infrastructure: generator-capable power, fresh and gray water, a 110v pump, running water, integrated Decent Espresso rinser, custom utility sink, custom portable stainless steel ice bin, prep surfaces, service mats, glass drying mats, and organized tools. We do not need the venue to provide a bar, sink, running water, or house power for the full setup.
What happens to leftover ingredients?
Full Proof tries to minimize waste before and after service. When the ingredients and timing make sense, Joe can turn remaining juices, syrups, fruit, and compatible cocktail ingredients into large-format batches before leaving, so you can keep pouring, save them for later, or give them as gifts.
How much ice do you bring?
Every Full Proof package includes precision-cut clear ice for the cocktails we serve. If your event requires extra ice volume, standard ice for chilling beer and wine, sculpted pieces, or specialty ORI pressed shapes, we price that two ways: live press use as an accent when service flow allows, or a guaranteed pre-pressed count for a featured cocktail round. Under 40 guests can usually stay flat-rate; 40+ guests are custom.
Are smoked cocktails and smoke bubbles included?
They are available as premium add-ons when they fit the menu and guest flow. Full Proof can bring the Homia smoking system with assorted wood chips, spices, cloche-style smoke, and smoke-bubble capability. Under 40 guests, this can usually be a flat-rate accessory or featured round. At 40+ guests, Joe will quote it around pace, count, and staffing.
How do espresso martinis price out?
For events under 40 guests, espresso martini service can usually be priced as a flat-rate add-on. Hand-pulled espresso is best for smaller VIP rounds, batched espresso is better for party speed, and nitro-style martinis cost more because they require extra equipment and prep. For 40+ guests, espresso service is custom quoted.
What is the booking process?
Start by sharing the event basics. If the Launch Special fits, choose the $699 premium base package, then continue to the secure 50% date-hold step. Menu direction and shopping details can be finalized after the date is held. If the event needs more detail, Joe will recommend the right custom quote.
Can I reserve before choosing cocktails?
Yes. The date, service window, guest count, and event type matter first. Menu direction, shopping list, signature cocktails, and premium ice details can be finalized after the date is held.
How much is the deposit?
The Launch Special uses a 50% date-hold deposit: $349.50. For the first 10 eligible launch bookings, promo code FOUNDER takes $100 off, making the launch package $599 with a $299.50 deposit, and locks the $699 base rate for similar future parties even if public rates increase later. Larger weddings, brand events, and custom quotes may require a different deposit because staffing, prep, and logistics are more involved.
